Welcome to
AVL Model Flying Club
Below is an english introduction for international visitors.
With many different interests and motivations for model flying, our club
comprises of members with a whole variety of ages. We are flying
everything from slow flyers, shock flyers, electric gliders, trainers,
helicopters and scale helicopters to big acrobatic airplanes. Every
year in late summer there is a flight day and every first monday of the
month there is a club meeting in a pub to exchange experiences, and talk
about many other things whilst having some beer.
Our airfield is located in the south east of Austria. The GPS
coordinates of the airfield can be found at the bottom of the
"Lage"
page. To see photos of events and other things happening on our

If you have any questions concerning the webpage, our club or if you
